Coordinate sales roles around Smart Lists, conversations, pipeline, and outcomes

A synthetic sales department view showing how role-specific Ask360 support can preserve context across a handoff.

01

Start with accurate sales context

Contacts, company details, consent status, conversations, appointments, opportunities, tasks, campaign history, and revenue evidence provide the operating context for sales work. Smart Lists create reusable audiences from current CRM conditions instead of static spreadsheets.

The sales team can review the same customer history while keeping ownership and role boundaries visible. Ask360 support should use only the memory, tools, and records assigned to the selected business and role.

When a destination enables consented external tracking, Lex can review first-party website-intent aggregates for high-interest pages, sources, campaigns, recency, return frequency, and known-contact returns. Cohorts below three unique visitors are suppressed, query strings and raw visitor identifiers are not returned, and anonymous people or companies are not identified.

Email ManagerReview saved templates and separate campaign-cycle outcomes, compare open, click, reply, bounce, complaint, unsubscribe, and engagement evidence, run a prediction-only pre-send spam-risk preview, then prepare governed automation drafts without silently activating or sending them.
BDR qualification and routingResearch, qualify, prepare outreach, and route sales-ready leads to a controlled booking path or human Account Executive.
Account Executive handoff and manager reviewCarry verified deal context forward and review pipeline quality, outcomes, velocity, and team attention.
02

Coordinate roles without losing the customer story

A role-specific Piece can be configured around the exact responsibilities of an email manager, SDR, BDR, account executive, or sales manager. Shared channels and Team Room keep internal coordination connected while customer conversations remain in their own threads.

Lex Sales360 v1.4.6 is released and available now as an official kit with one reusable draft Piece, 14 generic playbooks, Email Manager campaign review, BDR qualification and routing, human Account Executive handoff, and pipeline coaching. Import does not make Lex production-ready: each destination must map resources, review memory, test in Arena, assign a controlled destination channel binding, verify consent and sender readiness, and obtain administrator approvals.

Administrators can use Sales360 / Smart List Added (@activepieces/piece-sales360 v0.1.1) in Automation Builder, then connect standard downstream steps covered by exact project connector and resource grants. Lead360 / Run Piece (@activepieces/piece-lead360 v0.2.56) can optionally invoke an exact published Piece with minimized context; report and draft stay read-only, while activation and high-impact apply remain administrator-approved. The portable blueprint imports disabled. Configure Smart List Added in Automations, not on the bot profile. Unsupported backend-only operations remain unavailable. Smart List or sequence enrollment and pipeline mass moves are not wired. Website intent is strategy evidence, not consent or authority to contact. Any supported bulk send, schema change, live automation activation, destructive action, or outbound communication requires its exact preview, current evidence, consent and sender checks, and administrator approval. Optional identity and enrichment services require a separately contracted, tenant-approved lawful provider.

03

Hand off from Sales360 to Nexus without widening authority

When a qualified lead becomes a customer, verified identity, conversation, booking, opportunity, product, and ownership context can support a controlled handoff. That context is evidence for the support request; it is not consent to contact, a support-provider credential, permission to read every record, or authority to change a ticket.

Nexus v2 receives the support work through four separate Pieces. Customer Support uses reviewed public help and exact customer-scoped records; Support Operations handles internal queue and SLA work; Support Automation processes verified events and routing; Support Learning reviews privacy-safe outcomes. Provider connections remain destination-owned and are governed through MCP, Apps, or APIs.

Verified handoff contextCarry only the exact customer, issue, ownership, and prior-action facts required to continue service.
Separate role boundariesKeep customer communication, internal reporting, automation, and learning in their own Pieces and channels.
No inherited authorityRecheck tenant, provider, capability, resource, consent, sender, recipient, and approval requirements at the support step.
04

Turn outcomes into reviewed improvements

Learning Collections can organize verified observations from separate campaign cycles, replies, appointments, pipeline changes, purchases, and revenue evidence. Email event bursts update only explicitly bound consumer-only profiles, privacy-proxy opens remain separate, and a campaign winner is not declared without minimum sample and statistical separation. Pre-send risk findings remain labeled predictions and are compared with observed delivery evidence instead of being learned as fact. Teams can use those observations to improve opening lines, offers, audiences, playbooks, follow-up timing, and role instructions while retaining the evidence behind each recommendation.

Lead360 does not require a chain of generic supervisor bots to pass the same context repeatedly. Belt Protocol routes supported work through the exact tenant, scope, resource, and confirmation checks required for the operation.
