Downloadable Ask360 kits

Each public .ask360 package includes its Piece, playbooks, connector requirements, Memory Brain folder blueprint, Learning Collections, proactive settings, manifest, and checksums. Source customer data, credentials, provider accounts, and live automations are not included. Lex Sales360 is released and available now; destination mapping, memory and resource review, Arena testing, channel assignment, consent and sender checks, and administrator approvals remain required before supported effects are enabled.

Lead360 Campaigns + Meta Ads Growth Expert

Jasmine

Example scenario

Jasmine connects customer conversations, campaigns, commerce, bookings, and revenue with live Meta delivery. She prepares governed SMS and email campaigns, identifies supported creative and opener opportunities, and can draft a new Meta ad paused for administrator approval when the evidence is strong enough.

How the boundary holds

Consent, sender identity, STOP, DND, quiet hours, duplicate suppression, wallet funding, email quota, booking, purchase, and approval checks govern delivery. Funding pauses retain only the remaining audience, and campaign and Meta changes remain approval-gated.

Chloe 2.0 — official Meta Growth Expert

Chloe

Example scenario

Ready to configure and activate. Four Chloe Pieces cover internal Employee Ops, website Front Desk, Home-app Concierge and campaign Lead Response. Daily Meta reports, 5-day reactivation and 7-day winning-ad review connect growth evidence to campaign approvals and customer booking.

How the boundary holds

Successful approvals prepare the next review card automatically; launching still requires approval. Customers choose a time, hold it for up to 96 hours and choose deposit or full payment before booking. Each destination connects its own Meta account, senders, service menu and calendar.

Provider-neutral support workforce with four separated roles

Nexus

Example scenario

Nexus v2 keeps Customer Support, Support Operations, Support Automation, and Support Learning in four separate Pieces under one recognizable kit. Teams can answer customer-scoped questions, coordinate queues and escalations, run bounded event and reminder work, and turn verified privacy-safe outcomes into reviewed knowledge improvements.

How the boundary holds

The public kit includes the full 43-capability support API contract and four Piece mappings, but no Lead360 credentials, private backend access, provider account, tenant ID, personal information, customer record, or runtime binding. After import, the destination connects its own provider through MCP, Apps, or APIs. Pieces, capability grants, playbooks, memory, learning, channels, and proactive behavior remain drafts or disabled review items until tested and approved.

App, website, campaign, and operations employee

Tiffany

Example scenario

Tiffany works through four governed Pieces: Front Desk for website chat, Lead Response for SMS and email campaigns, Automation Concierge for the Customer App, booking, and payments, and Operations for Team Room reporting, recommendations, approvals, and learning.

How the boundary holds

Each customer Piece keeps its own channel and authority. The public kit carries no customer data or live provider binding, imports schedules disabled, and requires the destination business to map senders, calendars, catalogues, payment options, memory, and approval rules.

Released Sales360 kit for coordinated sales work

Lex

Example scenario

Lex helps an agency turn authorized Smart Lists, consented website-intent aggregates, customer context, and pipeline evidence into coordinated work for email managers, SDRs, BDRs, account executives, and sales managers. The released v1.4.6 kit supports reviewed research, qualification, outreach preparation, separate campaign-cycle email analytics and learning, pipeline context, human handoffs, and a standardized controlled-channel explanation through 14 governed playbooks.

How the boundary holds

Lex Sales360 is released and available now as a portable kit. Each destination must map its resources, review memory, test the Piece in Arena, assign a controlled channel, verify consent and sender readiness, and obtain administrator approvals. Lex explains how its Piece, approved memory, exact Smart List preview, stale-snapshot checks, idempotency, audit receipt, and human handoff work. Unsupported adapters and ungranted high-impact actions remain unavailable.
