About this collection
Understand communication activity and keep call records connected
Reporting brings retained call, email, and SMS activity into one workspace with channel tabs, date and source filters, summaries, individual records, and CSV export.
Phone Settings lets an authorized business verify a number it already owns for outbound caller ID. Conversations and opportunity Calls tabs keep call history, outside-call entries, recordings, and eligible on-demand transcripts connected to the correct customer context.
How Lead360 helps
Choose the reporting period and sub-account before interpreting totals. Reporting reflects records retained in Lead360, not a complete provider billing ledger. Use Campaign Manager for campaign-level performance and Ask360 Canvas when you need a compatible visual of a saved report.
An existing number stays with its current carrier, so inbound calls and SMS do not move into Lead360. Verify each outbound number separately, review usage and recording costs, and confirm authorization before requesting on-demand transcription.
