About this collection

Deploy a complete support workforce without mixing its responsibilities

Nexus v2 is one Ask360 kit containing four separate Pieces: Customer Support, Support Operations, Support Automation, and Support Learning. This separation keeps customer replies, internal queue work, automated events, and learning within the correct audience, memory, capability, and approval boundary.

The public package includes the 43-capability support API contract and four Piece mappings. Provider selection happens after import through MCP, Apps, or APIs; the package carries no source credential, private backend binding, provider account, tenant binding, personal information, customer or ticket record, memory content, learning history, recording, or audit event.

After import, the four Pieces remain unpublished drafts and the provider choice remains disconnected. The destination administrator maps exact channels and resources, reviews memory and approvals, then passes read, event, routing, and any required write tests before activation.
