About this collection

Start with a clear view of your Lead360 workspace

Lead360 brings customer records, conversations, calendars, opportunities, campaigns, commerce, automation, sites, payments, and Ask360 into one tenant-scoped workspace. The dashboard is the starting point for understanding what is happening in the selected sub-account before you open a record or prepare a change.

Begin by confirming the active sub-account, reviewing the dashboard period and visible activity, and following the product area that owns the source record. Ask360 can help explain the workspace and prepare reviewed work, but live Lead360 records remain the source of truth for customers, bookings, payments, campaigns, and pipeline activity.

How Lead360 helps

For day-to-day work, use the left navigation to open the system that owns the task instead of relying only on dashboard totals. A contact update belongs in Contacts, a booking change belongs in Calendars, and a deal decision belongs in Opportunities. This keeps the audit trail, permissions, and related records aligned with the action.

Agencies can repeat the same operating pattern across sub-accounts while keeping each customer environment isolated. Teams can add users with appropriate access, connect approved services, and introduce Ask360 gradually through reviewed Pieces, memory, channels, and automations after the core workspace is understood.
