About this collection

Keep customer communication and internal teamwork in the right place

Lead360 Conversations is the customer-facing communication workspace for messages, calls, email, chat, and conversation history. Team Room is the private collaboration area for staff discussion, investigation, handoffs, and Ask360 channel activity that should never be sent to a customer by accident.

A reliable workflow starts by deciding whether the message belongs to a customer conversation or an internal room. Teams can use controlled channels for specific responsibilities, assign an Ask360 bot where appropriate, and preserve shared context for the exact room or thread. Channel membership and bot capabilities remain tenant scoped.

How Lead360 helps

Lead360 helps a team move from an incoming message to an accountable next step. Staff can open the connected contact, inspect the latest context, assign ownership, coordinate privately in Team Room, and return to the customer conversation with a reviewed response. Internal notes and Ask360 collaboration stay separate from customer-facing delivery.

When an Ask360 bot is assigned to a channel, its Piece, memory, scopes, connectors, and playbooks define the assistance available in that space. Shared channel memory can preserve relevant internal context for the exact room, while tenant and membership boundaries prevent one sub-account or private discussion from becoming another team context.
