About this collection

Track every referral from link click to qualified payout

The Lead360 Affiliate Program gives eligible agency owners and approved external partners a unique referral link, a controlled attribution record, an invoice-level commission ledger, and Stripe-connected payout status. The program separates traffic, paid referrals, pending commission, qualified balances, reversals, and completed payouts so each stage can be reviewed.

Start in Affiliate Settings when the affiliate is a Lead360 agency owner. Review the current policy and agreement, copy the generated link, connect Stripe, and use the dashboard to follow clicks and referred agencies. External affiliates use the separate portal after Lead360 Operations approves their account.

How Lead360 helps

Under the current Agency launch policy, valid click attribution lasts 60 days. A successful paid agency subscription locks the eligible referral, and paid subscription invoices can create direct commission entries under the policy snapshot stored with that attribution.

Commission remains pending through the qualification period and can be reversed for refunds, credits, voids, or chargebacks. Eligible balances below the payout minimum carry forward. The current dashboard and accepted agreement control whenever a rate or policy version changes.
