How Lead360 helps
Website Piece setup converts visible content from a published Lead360 Site into reviewed Memory Brain files, then attaches an immutable Website Memory Set to a new unpublished Piece revision. This keeps public answers grounded in approved page content without copying layout code, tracking scripts, or private builder data.
When to use this area
Use this workflow when a Website Piece should answer from one published Lead360 Site and the site content must remain reviewable, versioned, and separate from live page rendering.
Before you begin
- Publish the intended Lead360 Site and confirm its public pages are current.
- Choose or create an unpublished Website Piece draft for the same sub-account.
- Make sure a reviewer is available to approve the imported Memory Brain revisions.
Before you begin
- Choose a Website setup to create a Website Piece when none exists.
- Open Sites and publish at least one Lead360 Site. Draft or externally hosted pages are not listed here.
The four safe steps
- Preview pages reads the selected published Site without writing memory.
- Sync reviewed files upserts one governed Memory Brain revision per page without publishing a snapshot.
- Review & make available opens the normal Memory Brain release flow, which preserves the complete account snapshot.
- Attach available memory creates or reuses a Website Memory Set and saves it to a new unpublished Piece revision.
Capacity and content
- One import can process up to 200 published pages from the selected Lead360 Site.
- Each page becomes a stable Memory Brain file containing its title, route, public URL, normalized visible text and public links.
- Page layout, styling, scripts, tracking code and raw builder data are intentionally excluded from Piece memory.
What remains protected
Published Pieces, public pages and the current available Memory Brain snapshot are never changed by Preview or Attach. Test the new draft in Arena and publish it explicitly when it is ready.
Confirm the result
A completed Website Piece setup workflow should be visible in the product area that owns the final record. Use these checks before relying on the result or moving to the next customer-facing step.
- Compare the previewed page count and routes with the published site.
- Review each imported revision and make the intended snapshot available.
- Attach the Website Memory Set, test the draft in Arena, and confirm no published Piece changed automatically.
Troubleshooting
A page does not appear in preview
Confirm the page belongs to the selected Lead360 Site and is published. Draft pages and externally hosted pages are intentionally excluded.
The attached Piece answers from old content
Repeat the page sync, review the new revisions, make a new snapshot available, and bind a Memory Set containing those exact revisions to a new Piece draft.
