A visual sequence for completing Tiffany Ask360 kit overview in the intended Lead360 business context.

What the Tiffany kit is

Tiffany combines four governed Pieces in one employee kit: Front Desk for website chat, Lead Response for SMS and email campaigns, Automation Concierge for the Customer App, booking, and payments, and Operations for private Team Room work.

Designed for a destination sub-account

The package is a reusable starting point for customer app, website chat, campaigns, booking, payments, and operations. It creates a new Ask360 employee and a draft Piece in the selected destination. It does not connect to the source account or inherit the source business data.

Inside Lead360, the imported structure brings the related Piece, playbook, connector, memory, learning, and approval concepts into one reviewable employee profile. This gives the destination team a consistent starting point while keeping every business-specific decision under its own control.

Product focus

The official package carries Tiffany Operations as the portable employee Piece and documents the three customer-facing Pieces as separate role references. It contains no Meta Ads requirement, customer data, source credentials, or active schedule.

How Tiffany helps

Tiffany is designed to turn authorized destination evidence into reviewable support, growth, and operational work. The employee should explain what it found, identify missing evidence, separate facts from recommendations, and stop for approval before a live effect.

  • Review customer app engagement beside campaign, booking, membership, purchase, and revenue evidence.
  • Answer website, SMS, email, and Customer App conversations with the Piece assigned to that surface.
  • Ask for an appointment time, hold the slot for up to 96 hours, offer deposit or full payment, and book after payment succeeds.
  • Identify membership, catalogue, offer, lead-response, or campaign opportunities and prepare approval-ready work.

Frequently asked questions

Does the Tiffany kit contain another business's data?

No. The public package contains no source tenant memory files, learning history, credentials, contact details, provider accounts, or private resource identifiers.

Does importing Tiffany activate the employee?

No. Import creates a new employee, pending memory guides, generic playbooks, fresh Learning Collections, and a draft Piece. Connections, channels, schedules, automations, memory, testing, publication, and activation remain administrator-controlled.

Can the public kit replace destination setup?

No. It provides a governed starting structure. The destination business must map its own resources, add reviewed knowledge, test allowed and disallowed behavior, and approve launch.
