A visual sequence for completing Power Playbooks for Huddles in the intended Lead360 business context.

Create a review draft

Open Ask360 Playbooks and create a Power Playbook draft. Active Workforce bot profiles are required. Define the objective, scope, required inputs, Huddle teams, task-specific leads, workflow stages, deliverables, expected impact, acceptance criteria, reusable instructions, and reviewed memory.

Validate reuse

Activation readiness

A new Power Playbook stays inactive while it is a review draft. Its reuse gate requires one accepted real Huddle and a second accepted controlled reuse run before activation readiness.

Use it deliberately

Review the team assignments, memory, source access, deliverable owners, and approval boundaries before enabling the playbook. A reusable workflow does not grant new permissions or automatically approve its effects.
