How Lead360 helps

A Memory Brain snapshot records the complete approved file state for the sub-account at a point in time. The release flow includes exact reviewed revisions and preserves prior snapshots, which keeps existing Memory Sets and consumers reproducible while new knowledge becomes available for deliberate binding.

When to use this workflow

Create a new available snapshot after the intended set of pending changes has been reviewed as a complete account knowledge state.

Before you begin

Start with the exact sub-account and the smallest set of permissions, records, and resources required for the task.

  • Review every included revision and confirm no required file is missing.
  • Check removals, replacements, and dependencies across consumers.
  • Identify which Memory Sets or Pieces may later need a new binding.

Complete the workflow

Follow the steps in order and stop when a required resource, permission, review, or approval is missing.

  1. Open Memory Brain release or availability controls.
  2. Review the proposed complete snapshot and its exact file revisions.
  3. Resolve pending, missing, duplicate, or unreviewed items.
  4. Approve creation of the new immutable available snapshot.
  5. Review downstream Memory Sets and Piece drafts without changing them automatically.

Understand the key controls

Complete state

The snapshot represents the intended full available Memory Brain state, not only the last edited file.

Immutability

Prior snapshots remain available for evidence and existing immutable Memory Sets.

No automatic rebind

A new snapshot does not rewrite Memory Sets or published Pieces that reference earlier exact revisions.

Confirm the result

Do not rely on a success message alone. Confirm the saved state and any live effect in the product area that owns the final record.

  • Confirm snapshot identifier, time, reviewer, and file count.
  • Sample exact revision identifiers and checksums.
  • Create or update draft bindings only for consumers that need the new state.

Troubleshooting

Snapshot release is blocked

Resolve unreviewed revisions, missing required files, invalid state, or reviewer permission before approval.

A bot still uses the prior content

Its Memory Set or Piece binding may intentionally reference earlier exact revisions. Create and test a new draft binding.

Frequently asked questions

Does a new snapshot change existing Memory Sets?

No. Memory Sets are immutable collections of exact reviewed revisions.

Can I release only one changed file?

The release represents a complete available account state. Review the full proposed snapshot, even when only one revision changed.
