How Lead360 helps

A Memory Set packages selected reviewed file revisions into a stable knowledge subset. Because its contents are immutable, reviewers can identify exactly what a Piece or bot was allowed to use even after Memory Brain receives later revisions or snapshots.

When to use this workflow

Use a Memory Set when a consumer needs a controlled subset of stable reviewed knowledge rather than the complete available Memory Brain state.

Before you begin

Start with the exact sub-account and the smallest set of permissions, records, and resources required for the task.

  • Make the required revisions reviewed and available.
  • Define the consumer role and minimum knowledge scope.
  • Keep current operational values in live Lead360 tools.

Complete the workflow

Follow the steps in order and stop when a required resource, permission, review, or approval is missing.

  1. Open Memory Brain and choose Memory Sets.
  2. Create a set with a clear purpose and owner.
  3. Select exact reviewed file revisions from the available snapshot.
  4. Review the final manifest and create the immutable set.
  5. Bind it to a Piece draft or supported bot, then test expected and excluded questions.

Understand the key controls

Immutable membership

A Memory Set does not absorb later file revisions automatically. Create a new set when approved contents change.

Subset by design

The set can include only the files needed by one role, reducing irrelevant retrieval and exposure.

Not a live filter

Learning Collections are live saved filters. A Memory Set is an immutable reviewed revision list.

Confirm the result

Do not rely on a success message alone. Confirm the saved state and any live effect in the product area that owns the final record.

  • Review set identifier, owner, file count, revision identifiers, and checksums.
  • Confirm the consumer references the intended set.
  • Test that excluded topics are not supplied through this binding.

Troubleshooting

A new file revision is missing

That is expected for an immutable set. Review and release the revision, then create and bind a new Memory Set.

Searchers call it a Live Set

Lead360 has no separate Live Sets feature. Use Memory Sets for immutable reviewed subsets and Learning Collections for live saved filters.

Frequently asked questions

Does a Memory Set update automatically?

No. It preserves exact reviewed revisions. Create a new set and draft binding for changed knowledge.

What is the difference between a Memory Set and a Learning Collection?

A Memory Set is an immutable list of reviewed file revisions. A Learning Collection is a live saved filter over eligible learning by category, scope, and history window.
