How Lead360 helps

Memory review creates a human decision point between imported or edited content and available knowledge. Reviewers approve exact revisions, not a moving filename, which prevents later edits from inheriting approval and makes the source used by a snapshot or Memory Set traceable.

When to use this workflow

Review every new or changed revision before it can enter an available snapshot, Memory Set, Piece, or bot workflow.

Before you begin

Start with the exact sub-account and the smallest set of permissions, records, and resources required for the task.

  • Confirm reviewer authority and subject knowledge.
  • Open the original source and reason for the update.
  • Know which consumers and business decisions may rely on the file.

Complete the workflow

Follow the steps in order and stop when a required resource, permission, review, or approval is missing.

  1. Open the pending Memory Brain revision.
  2. Compare normalized content with source evidence and the previous revision.
  3. Check facts, scope, sensitive data, credentials, dates, links, and checksum.
  4. Mark the exact revision reviewed only when it is accurate and approved.
  5. Include reviewed revisions in the next available snapshot when the complete account state is ready.

Understand the key controls

Exact revision approval

Review status belongs to one immutable revision. Editing the file creates another revision that requires its own review.

Review versus availability

Marking a revision reviewed does not by itself replace the available Memory Brain snapshot.

Batch review

Batch controls can speed review, but the reviewer remains responsible for understanding every included change.

Confirm the result

Do not rely on a success message alone. Confirm the saved state and any live effect in the product area that owns the final record.

  • Confirm revision state and reviewer evidence.
  • Review the complete set of changes before snapshot release.
  • Test any consumer after its binding changes.

Troubleshooting

The wrong revision was reviewed

Do not alter historical evidence. Create or select the correct revision, review it, and ensure the next snapshot and Memory Set use the intended identifier.

A reviewed file contains a changing value

Move current prices, availability, payment state, or other volatile values to live tool access and keep only stable explanation in memory.

Frequently asked questions

Does reviewing a revision make it available to every bot?

No. Availability requires a snapshot, and bots or Pieces still need the relevant Memory Set, Learning Collection, file, or supported binding.

Can a reviewed revision be edited?

The revision itself remains immutable. Editing creates a new pending revision that requires review.
