Live Insights represents verified aggregate findings that can help a bot or Piece recognize an operational pattern. Each insight has evidence and time context, avoids raw customer content, and remains separate from Memory Brain files, Memory Sets, Piece instructions, and live operational records.
When to use this workflow
Use Live Insights when a recent evidence-backed pattern can improve review or recommendations without storing customer messages or rewriting approved knowledge.
Before you begin
Start with the exact sub-account and the smallest set of permissions, records, and resources required for the task.
- Confirm the insight category and source observations are eligible.
- Review evidence quality, time range, scope, and sample limitations.
- Identify an owner and retirement condition.
Complete the workflow
Follow the steps in order and stop when a required resource, permission, review, or approval is missing.
- Open the promoted insights view in the supported memory area.
- Review the insight statement, category, scope, timestamp, and evidence.
- Confirm it is aggregate, privacy-safe, and operationally useful.
- Assign it directly or through a Learning Collection where supported.
- Monitor later evidence and retire or supersede the insight when it no longer holds.
