How Lead360 helps

A Learning Collection gives a consumer a governed view of eligible operational learning that matches saved category, scope, and history filters. It remains live as qualifying observations and promoted insights change, while privacy restrictions exclude contacts, messages, notes, credentials, and payment details.

When to use this workflow

Use a Learning Collection when a bot or Piece should benefit from recent verified patterns rather than a fixed set of reviewed knowledge files.

Before you begin

Start with the exact sub-account and the smallest set of permissions, records, and resources required for the task.

  • Define the learning category, scope, history window, owner, and business purpose.
  • Confirm the category excludes customer content and sensitive data.
  • Decide how promoted insights will be reviewed and retired.

Complete the workflow

Follow the steps in order and stop when a required resource, permission, review, or approval is missing.

  1. Open Memory Brain or the supported Learning Collection area.
  2. Create a collection with a clear name and purpose.
  3. Choose eligible categories, scope, and history window.
  4. Preview matching observations and promoted insights.
  5. Assign the collection to the intended bot or Piece and test source recency and boundaries.

Understand the key controls

Live saved filter

The collection evaluates current eligible learning that matches its definition. It is not an immutable snapshot.

Privacy-safe categories

Learning categories exclude contacts, customer messages, notes, credentials, and payment details.

No direct knowledge rewrite

Observations and insights do not rewrite Memory Brain files, Memory Sets, or Piece instructions.

Confirm the result

Do not rely on a success message alone. Confirm the saved state and any live effect in the product area that owns the final record.

  • Confirm the saved filter definition and current matching evidence.
  • Test recency and scope boundaries.
  • Remove stale assignments and retire insights that no longer hold.

Troubleshooting

The collection is empty

Check category, scope, history window, eligible observations, promotion state, and whether no verified evidence is the correct result.

The collection contains an outdated pattern

Review evidence timestamps, retire or supersede the insight, and keep current operational values in live tools.

Frequently asked questions

Is a Learning Collection the same as a Memory Set?

No. A Learning Collection is a live filter over eligible learning. A Memory Set is an immutable set of exact reviewed file revisions.

Can a Learning Collection contain customer messages?

No. Eligible learning categories exclude contacts, messages, notes, credentials, and payment details.
