How Lead360 helps

Lead360 Inventory tracks available quantity for catalogue items that require stock control. It helps staff separate a product definition from its current sellable supply and gives customer experiences a dependable value for preventing overselling when inventory rules are enabled.

When to use this area

Use Inventory for physical or limited-quantity items whose availability should change as stock is received, reserved, sold, returned, or corrected.

Before you begin

  • Confirm the catalogue item and inventory policy.
  • Count current physical or authoritative stock.
  • Document the reason and source for each manual adjustment.

Work with inventory

  1. Search by product name or SKU.
  2. Edit the SKU and verified available quantity for one product.
  3. Choose whether Lead360 tracks inventory and whether sales may continue at zero.
  4. For selected products, use Bulk Actions to set, increase, or decrease quantity or change inventory status.

Ask360 on this page

Ask360 can read and explain current catalogue availability, identify missing SKUs, and help plan a stock reconciliation. Inventory changes remain manual on this page; the help flow does not adjust quantities or stock status.

Confirm the result

A completed Inventory workflow should be visible in the product area that owns the final record. Use these checks before relying on the result or moving to the next customer-facing step.

  • Compare the saved quantity with the source count.
  • Test low-stock and out-of-stock behavior in the customer destination.
  • Reconcile stock after a controlled order, cancellation, or return.

Troubleshooting

Inventory went below the expected quantity

Review recent orders, reservations, adjustments, returns, and duplicate provider events before correcting the balance.

An out-of-stock item is still visible

Visibility and purchase availability may be separate settings. Check the catalogue status and destination behavior as well as inventory.
