A visual sequence for completing Reporting for calls, email, and SMS in the intended Lead360 business context.

Choose a channel

Open Reporting in the intended sub-account. Use Overview, Calls, Email, or SMS to narrow the communication activity you are reviewing. Campaigns links to its separate Campaign Manager workspace when available to your role.

Filter and group the report

Filters and activity

  1. Choose a period or custom dates.
  2. Group the summary by day, week, month, team member or sender, or source.
  3. Filter by direction, source, and sender. Review the metric cards, activity summary, and individual activity log together.

Export and verify

Export CSV for the current report when needed. Check the selected date range and sub-account timezone before comparing totals with another system.

Understand coverage

Reporting uses communication records retained in Lead360. It is not a complete provider billing ledger. Deleted messages are not recreated, SMS totals count messages rather than billable segments, and recordings require both Reporting and Conversations access. Attribution to campaigns, automations, and Ask360 appears only where the saved record identifies its source.
