How Lead360 helps

The Universal Catalogue is the source record for products and other sellable or displayable items used across Lead360 commerce experiences. Central item data helps teams keep names, descriptions, prices, images, availability, and connected workflows consistent wherever the item appears.

When to use this area

Use the Catalogue to create or maintain an item before placing it in inventory, a customer destination, a promotion, or another commerce workflow.

Before you begin

  • Prepare an accurate name, public description, price, image, and category.
  • Confirm currency, tax handling, availability, and fulfillment expectations.
  • Search for an existing item to prevent duplicates.

Add or edit one item

  1. Choose Product, Service, or Package.
  2. Confirm the customer-facing name, price, currency, description, image, visibility, and checkout behavior.
  3. For services or packages, verify duration, sessions, included items, and booking use before saving.

Import many items

  1. Fastest for a clean bulk file: click Import, upload the CSV, map its columns, verify every row, then import.
  2. For Shopify or GoHighLevel, export products or services to CSV first and use the manual mapper. This is the recommended path when the source columns need mapping.
  3. Use Ask360 when the file needs validation, duplicate review, or natural-language instructions. Attach exactly one compatible catalogue CSV of up to 500 rows; attaching only stages the file, so review the request and press Send. Nothing imports until you accept the review card.

Create with Ask360

Ask360 can list catalogue items, prepare one item change, or review an attached compatible CSV matched by SKU or title. It reports missing fields and duplicate risks, shows an Accept or Decline review card, and never requests store credentials or claims a direct Shopify or GoHighLevel sync.

Confirm the result

A completed Universal Catalogue workflow should be visible in the product area that owns the final record. Use these checks before relying on the result or moving to the next customer-facing step.

  • Preview the item in each customer destination where it is used.
  • Confirm price, status, media, and related inventory or service configuration.
  • Test a controlled purchase or booking when the item is transactional.

Troubleshooting

An update is not visible

Check item publication, destination caching, channel-specific overrides, and whether the customer experience references a different item.

Two catalogue items represent the same offer

Review downstream orders and references before consolidating records. Preserve the item that owns the valid history.
