A visual sequence for completing Call history, manual call logs, and transcripts in the intended Lead360 business context.

Find call history

Open the contact in Conversations to review saved calls and recordings. In an opportunity, open the Calls tab to see relevant contact calls and the call entries attached to that deal. Access to recordings and transcripts depends on the relevant permissions.

Log an outside call

Use Log a call made outside the app in the opportunity Calls tab when the call did not happen through Lead360. Enter the correct time, direction, outcome, and notes so the opportunity history reflects the conversation. Calls made through the app can appear automatically.

Request a transcript

On-demand transcription

For an eligible recording, select Transcribe / view transcript. On-demand transcription is currently labeled English (US). Review the estimated charge and authorization notice before confirming. When complete, review the transcript against the recording; names, numbers, and exact wording can be wrong.

Save and revisit

View or download a completed transcript. Where supported, attach it to the intended opportunity and confirm it appears in the Calls tab. Viewing an existing completed transcript does not start another transcription.
