How Lead360 helps

Calendar View combines appointments and blocked time in a visual day or week schedule. Teams can find open capacity, create a booking from an exact time slot, and protect unavailable periods while Lead360 applies the selected calendar, timezone, duration, and booking rules.

When to use this area

Use Calendar View for schedule planning and quick booking. Use Appointment List View when the task depends on payment, status, detailed editing, or rescheduling tools.

Before you begin

  • Confirm the displayed timezone and date range.
  • Select the correct staff or service calendar.
  • Create or locate the customer contact before booking.

Book from the grid

  1. Click an empty slot to prefill that exact date and time, or click New to open a blank booking form.
  2. Choose the calendar and an existing contact, add a title, confirm the date, start time, duration, and timezone, then click Book Appointment.
  3. Open Appointment List View after booking when you need payment, status, details, editing, or rescheduling tools.

Block time off

  1. Hold and drag across empty slots to select a time range, or click Block to enter the range manually.
  2. Choose the calendar, verify the start and end times, add a reason, and save the block.
  3. Blocked time removes that period from availability. Use Calendar Settings when working hours or booking rules need to change.

Confirm the result

A completed Calendar View workflow should be visible in the product area that owns the final record. Use these checks before relying on the result or moving to the next customer-facing step.

  • Check the appointment title, contact, start time, duration, timezone, and calendar.
  • Confirm blocked time removes the intended period from availability.
  • Open Appointment List View and verify the new record and payment state.

Troubleshooting

An expected time is unavailable

Review working hours, existing bookings, blocked periods, buffers, minimum notice, service duration, and the calendar timezone.

The booking appears at the wrong time

Compare the business timezone, calendar timezone, contact timezone, and browser timezone before editing the appointment.
