How Lead360 helps

Manage Calendars defines booking rules such as ownership, services, working hours, duration, buffers, notice, timezone, and supported payment options. These settings determine which times customers and staff can book and how appointments are created.

When to use this area

Use Calendar Settings during scheduling setup or when availability, staffing, service duration, booking notice, or payment behavior must change.

Before you begin

  • Document the current booking behavior and desired effective date.
  • Review future appointments and connected services, widgets, funnels, and automations.
  • Confirm staff hours, timezone, buffers, notice, capacity, and payment rules.

Set up each team member

  1. Open Connections and select one person under My staff.
  2. Connect their Google account and complete Google sign-in yourself; do not give credentials to Ask360.
  3. Choose which Google calendars should block busy time, then choose where Lead360 events should sync.
  4. Repeat for every staff member who accepts bookings, checking their connection, conflicts, sync destination, and working hours.

Create or assign a booking calendar

  1. Open Calendars and click New Calendar.
  2. Choose Personal Booking for meetings or Service Booking for bookable services.
  3. Enter a clear name, assign the responsible staff member, choose a unique booking URL, and set the duration.
  4. Enable payments only when the price and currency are correct, then review the advanced settings.

Finish the calendar setup

  1. In Staff & location, confirm who and where customers are booking.
  2. In Availability, enable the correct working days and hours.
  3. In Booking rules, set the interval, duration, minimum notice, booking window, buffers, and capacity.
  4. Review confirmation, cancellation, rescheduling, and reminder behavior before making the calendar Active.

Test before sharing

  1. Preview the calendar and select a date to confirm the expected slots appear.
  2. Book one controlled test and verify the timezone, staff assignment, Google event, and notification.
  3. Use Share only after the complete booking flow passes.

Ask360 on this page

  1. Ask360 can list the calendars in this sub-account, prepare one new calendar or a batch of up to 10 as separate approval cards, and guide a named staff member to the Google authorization flow.
  2. Calendar creation never happens before you accept its review card. Google sign-in and consent must be completed by the signed-in user.
  3. Use Appointment List View to book customers or collect appointment payments; this help is only for calendar configuration and connections.

Confirm the result

A completed Manage Calendars workflow should be visible in the product area that owns the final record. Use these checks before relying on the result or moving to the next customer-facing step.

  • Preview availability across representative dates and timezones.
  • Complete a controlled staff and customer booking.
  • Confirm existing appointments were not moved and new records use the updated rules.

Troubleshooting

Availability is too open or too restricted

Review working hours, date overrides, duration, buffers, notice, capacity, assigned users, conflicts, and timezone together.

A service books the wrong calendar

Check the service assignment, customer destination, calendar status, and any copied or legacy booking link.
