How Lead360 helps
Business Information defines the public and operational identity used across the sub-account, including name, contact details, address, timezone, and related defaults. Accurate values support consistent messages, booking times, customer destinations, receipts, and integrations.
When to use this area
Use Business Information during setup and whenever the legal, public, contact, location, or timezone identity changes.
Before you begin
- Gather approved business name, address, contact details, and timezone.
- Identify customer pages, messages, calendars, payments, and integrations that use these values.
- Plan the effective date for a public identity change.
Complete the business profile
- Confirm the Business Name customers should see.
- Add a monitored Business Email and Business Phone.
- Use the canonical Website URL.
- Enter the complete street address, city, state or province, postal code, and country.
- Choose the business timezone used for calendars, messages, reports, and scheduled activity.
Configure the login hostname
- Enter the approved customer login hostname.
- Copy the displayed DNS record exactly into the domain provider.
- Allow DNS to propagate, then return here to verify the hostname.
- Keep the existing Lead360 address available until verification succeeds.
Before saving
Review spelling, public contact details, timezone, and domain ownership. These values can appear in calendars, campaigns, Customer App pages, email, receipts, and other customer-facing experiences.
Use Ask360 here
Ask360 can explain the current profile, identify incomplete fields, and prepare one reviewed business-information update when supported. It waits for Accept and never changes DNS, verifies domain ownership, publishes customer content, or invents public contact details.
Confirm the result
A completed Business Information workflow should be visible in the product area that owns the final record. Use these checks before relying on the result or moving to the next customer-facing step.
- Review the saved settings.
- Preview representative customer pages, messages, bookings, and receipts.
- Confirm integrations and structured data still use the correct identity.
Troubleshooting
Old details still appear
Find page-level, template-level, campaign, custom value, or integration overrides that do not inherit the shared business value.
Appointment times shifted
Review the business and calendar timezones, then inspect affected future appointments before correcting them.
