Before you begin

Open Phone Settings in the correct sub-account. You must own the number or be authorized to use it, and you must be able to answer the verification call directly. Availability depends on the country and carrier.

Verify the number

Verification steps

  1. Select Use my existing number.
  2. Enter the full number with country code and an optional label.
  3. Request the verification call, answer it, and enter the six-digit code shown in Lead360 using your phone keypad.
  4. Confirm the number appears in the verified list before selecting it for outbound calling. Each added number must be verified separately.

Know what moves

The number stays with its current carrier. Incoming calls and SMS do not move to Lead360. Outbound voice usage, optional recording, and on-demand transcription can have separate charges.

Recording choice

If recording is enabled for calls through a verified number, Lead360 plays a recording announcement. Review consent requirements before using recordings or requesting a transcript.
