How Lead360 helps

Kit export packages an approved bot configuration into a checksum-protected archive while removing live tenant identifiers, credentials, and source resource bindings. The administrator chooses whether to include only memory structure and guides or complete reviewed memory files.

When to use this workflow

Use export after the source bot and its resources have been reviewed for reuse, backup, distribution, or migration.

Before you begin

Start with the exact sub-account and the smallest set of permissions, records, and resources required for the task.

  • Confirm ownership and distribution rights for every included file and instruction.
  • Review bot capabilities, effect policies, playbooks, automations, Learning Collections, proactive settings, and optional Piece.
  • Choose the minimum memory mode required by the destination.

Complete the workflow

Follow the steps in order and stop when a required resource, permission, review, or approval is missing.

  1. Open the intended Ask360 bot profile.
  2. Select the kit download or export action.
  3. Choose structure-only memory for a reusable blueprint or complete memory for approved reviewed files.
  4. Review the generated manifest and README content.
  5. Download the .ask360 file and store it in an approved location.

Understand the key controls

Structure-only memory

This mode carries folder and Learning Collection guidance without exporting complete source business files.

Complete memory

This mode can include reviewed memory files and should be used only when the content is approved for the destination and distribution.

Archive safety

Lead360 enforces archive size, expanded size, file-count, path, and checksum controls.

Confirm the result

Do not rely on a success message alone. Confirm the saved state and any live effect in the product area that owns the final record.

  • Confirm the filename and export timestamp.
  • Preview the destination import before approval.
  • Check that credentials and source bindings require remapping.

Troubleshooting

Export is blocked by archive limits

Reduce unnecessary files or use structure-only memory. The maximum archive is 128 MB, expanded content is 256 MB, and the archive can contain up to 1,200 files.

Sensitive source content appears in preview

Cancel the export, remove or replace the source material, and repeat the review before downloading.

Frequently asked questions

Which memory export mode should I choose?

Use structure-only for a reusable blueprint. Use complete memory only when exact reviewed files are approved for the destination and distribution.

Can a downloaded kit run by itself?

No. It must be previewed and imported into a destination sub-account, then mapped, reviewed, tested, and activated.
