A visual sequence for completing Join and Use the Lead360 Affiliate Program in the intended Lead360 business context.

Who can participate

  1. Lead360 agency owners can open Affiliate Settings in their agency account. Lead360 creates or retrieves the affiliate account associated with that agency and shows the current program controls.
  2. External partners are created and approved by Lead360 Operations. They use the affiliate portal rather than an agency workspace, but referrals and commissions enter the same controlled ledger.

Prepare the account

  1. Review the affiliate name, email, status, unique code, current policy version, and any custom rate shown on the page.
  2. Accept the current affiliate agreement and disclosure requirements. Complete requested tax information before expecting a payout.
  3. Connect Stripe from the payout section. Stripe handles the connected payout account onboarding, and Lead360 stores the resulting connected account identifier and status.

Use the dashboard

  1. Copy the generated affiliate URL for promotions. Do not replace it with a normal pricing URL, because an untracked URL cannot create affiliate attribution.
  2. Review clicks, referred agencies, active referrals, pending and qualified commission, reversals, adjustments, available balance, and payout history.
  3. Use the policy and agreement displayed in the account as the current source of truth. Public examples can become outdated when a new policy version takes effect.

Promote responsibly

  1. Disclose the affiliate relationship clearly wherever the recommendation could influence a purchase.
  2. Use current Lead360 product and pricing information. Do not guarantee earnings, customer results, approval, availability, or features that are not publicly offered.
  3. Do not use the link for a self-referral. A referral for the affiliate own agency, or an agency already locked to another affiliate, is rejected.
