Understand the 60-day window
- The active Agency launch policy gives a valid click a 60-day expiration. An eligible checkout must begin while the click token remains valid.
- A click count is traffic evidence, not proof of a customer or commission. Blocking cookies, switching browsers, using an untracked URL, or beginning checkout after expiration can prevent attribution.
From checkout to locked referral
- When an eligible Lead360 checkout begins, the current valid click is copied into a checkout attribution record together with the policy version and effective rate.
- After the paid subscription creates the new agency, Lead360 locks the attribution to that agency and Stripe subscription. The system rejects an inactive affiliate, a self-referral, an agency already attributed elsewhere, or an attempt to replace an existing locked attribution.
Read conversion reporting
- Compare clicks with attributed agencies and active paid referrals rather than treating every click as a conversion.
- Use campaign and UTM reporting to compare channels, but allow for the qualification period, refunds, cancellations, and ineligible checkouts before evaluating commission results.
