Current Agency launch policy
- The active launch policy currently records a 25% direct commission on eligible subscription revenue for up to the first 12 successful subscription charges.
- Eligible revenue is the lower of the paid amount and subscription subtotal excluding tax. Pass-through amounts outside the eligible subscription invoice are not added to the commission base.
- The launch policy currently has no second-tier commission. The effective policy snapshot stored with the referral controls existing attribution even if a later policy version changes.
Pending and qualified commission
- A successful eligible invoice creates a pending ledger entry. Under the current policy, its qualification date is 45 days after the paid invoice event.
- After the qualification period, an eligible entry can move to qualified status. It is not paid merely because the dashboard first displays a pending amount.
Refunds, credits, and chargebacks
- A voided invoice, credit note, refund, or chargeback can create a reversal against commission previously earned from the affected invoice.
- Lead360 Operations can also create a documented adjustment when a correction or approved bonus is required. Adjustments remain separate ledger entries so the original event is not overwritten.
Connect Stripe and receive payouts
- Use Connect Stripe in Affiliate Settings or the affiliate portal and complete the Stripe-hosted onboarding for the intended payout account.
- The active launch policy requires at least $50 in eligible balance before a payout batch can include the affiliate. Lower eligible balances carry forward.
- Lead360 Operations reviews the payout batch, tax and compliance readiness, connected account status, and ledger entries before sending. The affiliate can then review the payout status and statement in the dashboard.
Troubleshoot a missing payout
- Confirm the referral is locked to a paid agency and that eligible invoices appear in the commission ledger.
- Check whether entries are still inside the qualification period, were reversed, are below the minimum, or are already assigned to another payout batch.
- Confirm Stripe shows connected and that agreement, disclosure, tax, and compliance requirements are complete. Contact Lead360 Support with the affiliate account and payout batch identifiers, never with Stripe credentials.
