Direct definition

Define the role, bind reviewed knowledge, test the Piece, and publish a version

A sanitized representation of the live Ask360 build flow with no customer records, credentials, or tenant-specific memory.

01

Give every role the right knowledge and operating contract

Memory Brain stores reviewed business material as versioned revisions. Approved revisions can be included in immutable Memory Sets and assigned to the exact Piece that needs them. Memory provides context but does not grant tools, permissions, tenants, or destinations.

Ask360 Piece Studio defines identity, behavior, capabilities, model settings, safety requirements, connector access, memory bindings, and consumer assignments. Drafts can be validated in Arena before an immutable version is published.

Memory BrainReview stable services, policies, procedures, and business context before use.
Piece StudioCreate a versioned operating contract for the role and its supported tasks.
ArenaTest normal, ambiguous, sensitive, and prohibited requests before publication.
02

Place the employee where the work already happens

A role can work in a customer-facing Front Desk channel, a Lead Response channel, an internal Operations channel, or another controlled Team Room context. The channel determines the audience and conversation context; it does not silently widen the Piece authority.

Playbooks, automations, connectors, and proactive schedules create the repeatable operating rhythm. Lead360 Belt Protocol validates the tenant, resource, scope, and risk requirements before supported work runs.

Channels and Team RoomKeep customer conversations and internal collaboration in the intended context.
Playbooks and automationTurn reviewed procedures into repeatable drafts, waits, checks, and receipts.
Verified learningRecord governed observations from tenant outcomes without presenting them as hidden model fine-tuning.
03

Start from a kit and make it belong to the destination business

Jasmine coordinates front desk, lead response, deposits, customer app, commerce, and growth work. Chloe focuses on Meta growth connected to CRM and revenue evidence. Tiffany coordinates website chat, SMS and email campaigns, Customer App booking and payments, and private Team Room operations through four governed Pieces. Nexus v2 coordinates Customer Support, Support Operations, Support Automation, and Support Learning as four separate Pieces under one portable provider-neutral support kit.

Every public package is a starting point. It contains no live provider credential or source customer authority. The destination team reconnects its accounts, selects resources, reviews memory, tests behavior, and approves activation.
