Give each role its own Piece, memory, channels, tools, and operating limits

A synthetic workforce view showing how multiple roles can work inside one business without sharing another client tenant.

01

Design the workforce around real responsibilities

A business may need a front desk role, lead response role, automation concierge, operations role, support employee, or sales specialist. Each role can use a different Piece and Memory Set while remaining part of one recognizable kit and tenant.

The Piece describes the identity, behavior, supported tasks, disallowed behavior, model configuration, capabilities, connectors, and safeguards. Channels place the role into the intended customer or internal context.

Customer-facing rolesAnswer from reviewed knowledge, qualify requests, and prepare booking or handoff steps.
Internal operationsReview authorized records, prepare recommendations, and coordinate accountable follow-up.
Specialist rolesFocus on support, growth, sales, commerce, customer apps, or another reviewed responsibility.
02

Scale across clients without sharing their data

An agency can build a reusable kit structure and import it into another client sub-account. Source credentials, tenant bindings, provider accounts, and customer records are removed from the portable package. The destination begins with disabled or draft resources that require review.

This model allows an agency to scale configuration while maintaining separate client memory, customer data, users, connectors, approvals, and outcomes. One client learning record is not silently presented as another client knowledge.

03

Use verified outcomes to improve the operating system

Proactive schedules can review authorized business activity at a controlled interval. Learning Collections can retain evidence-backed observations from allowlisted sources, and playbooks can turn approved procedures into repeatable work.

Teams still review consequential recommendations and live effects. Scopes, confirmations, run receipts, audit history, Arena tests, and rollback preserve the relationship between the request, the authority used, and the resulting change.
