General rule

Customers and users may use Lead360 only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with the Terms, incorporated policies, provider rules, and applicable law. Customers must not assist another person in prohibited activity or attempt to do indirectly what this policy prohibits directly.

Illegal, harmful, and abusive activity

  • Fraud, theft, extortion, money laundering, deceptive trade practices, or unlawful schemes.
  • Threats, harassment, hate, stalking, intimidation, exploitation, or content that promotes violence against a person or protected group.

  • Caller ID spoofing, deceptive routing, prohibited prerecorded calls, or unlawful automated dialing.
  • High complaint, bounce, block, or abuse rates that threaten provider networks or other customers.

Privacy and data misuse

  • Collecting, enriching, recording, monitoring, or disclosing personal information without required notice, consent, authority, or lawful purpose.
  • Uploading credentials, payment authentication data, government identifiers, PHI, or sensitive personal information to a feature not approved for it.

  • Bypassing authentication, tenant boundaries, permissions, scopes, confirmations, rate limits, or provider controls.
  • Testing a vulnerability without authorization or accessing data not intended for the user.
  • Using the service to distribute malicious code, obfuscate origin, or operate command-and-control infrastructure.
  • Interfering with service reliability, monitoring, logs, billing, or abuse prevention.

Deception, identity, and intellectual property

  • Impersonating a person, business, government, or Lead360 without authorization.
  • Configuring a bot to falsely claim it is human or hiding a material automated interaction.
  • Publishing false reviews, fabricated endorsements, misleading offers, or forged evidence.
  • Using content, brands, likenesses, data, or software without required rights.
  • Removing notices or using Lead360 branding in a way that suggests unauthorized endorsement.

High-risk and regulated use

Do not use Lead360 as the sole decision-maker for health, employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, legal, immigration, public-benefit, or other consequential decisions. Do not use standard accounts for PHI. Regulated financial, health, legal, political, gambling, adult, or other high-risk activity requires applicable licenses, written Lead360 approval where requested, and compliance controls appropriate to that activity.

Enforcement and reporting

Lead360 may investigate, rate-limit, quarantine, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or notify providers and authorities where reasonably necessary. We consider severity, intent, history, harm, provider requirements, and remediation. To report abuse or a security concern, email [email protected] with relevant URLs, account identifiers, dates, and evidence.
